This invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination comprising (a) a third generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor and (b) a cyclin D kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor, particularly for use in the treatment of a cancer, particularly a lung cancer.
