According to the present invention, the massaging member is protected from the outside by the cover, and the beautifying ingredient is provided together in the cover, so that when needed, the beautifying ingredient provided in the cover may be supplied in a certain amount to the massaging member. Thus, a vibrating massage may be performed together with the supply of the beautifying ingredient, and further, a separate beautifying ingredient does not have to be purchased.
