PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for estimating a bio-signal are provided to supply a new time area analysis of the bio-signal by estimating a band limited signal through an adaptive filter.CONSTITUTION: A signal dispersion part(110) disperses an inputted bio-signal to a predetermined frequency band. A band division part(120) divides the predetermined frequency band into sub frequency bands in same size. A filter part(130) applies an FLC(Furier linear combiner) reflecting an adaptive weighting corresponding to each sub frequency band. A signal estimation part(140) estimates the inputted bio-signal by adding up the FLC application results of each sub frequency band.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012생체신호추정방법이 개시된다. 대역이 제한된 다중 푸리에 결합기(Multiple fourier combiner)를 이용하는 생체신호추정방법은, 입력된 생체 신호를 기설정된 주파수 대역에 분산시키는 단계, 기설정된 주파수 대역을 동일한 크기를 갖는 서브 주파수 대역으로 분할하는 단계, 분할된 각 서브 주파수 대역에 대해 대응되는 적응적 가중치가 반영된 FLC(Fourier linear combiner)를 적용하는 단계 및 각 서브 주파수 대역의 FLC 적용 결과를 결합하여 입력된 생체 신호를 추정하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에 따라 적응적 필터를 통한 대역 제한 신호의 추정에 의해 셍체신호에 대한 대체적인 새로운 시간 영역 분석을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
