PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for aquaculture of aquatic organisms, and an apparatus and method for hydroponic culture of plants, which can also be utilized by facilities and industry of breeding aquatic organisms in addition to the facilities of marine products using hydrogen gas, and further, can also be utilized on the surface of sea in addition to indoor and outdoor facilities on land, and furthermore, can be applied to the hydroponic culture of plants.SOLUTION: An apparatus for aquaculture of aquatic organisms includes at least a device for storing aquaculture water to culture the aquatic organisms, a hydrogen gas feeding device for supplying hydrogen gas in the aquaculture water, and a blowing device to blow the hydrogen gas into the aquaculture water. Also, a method for aquaculture of the aquatic organisms using the apparatus is provided. An apparatus for hydroponic culture of plants includes at least a device for storing a culture solution for hydroponic culture of the plants, a hydrogen gas feeding device for supplying the hydrogen gas in the culture solution, and a blowing device to blow the hydrogen gas into the culture solution.
