PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently catch flying seeds etc., and to urge the natural budding and growth of local seeds and seedlings by using a surface soil seed bank and wild woody plant seeds.SOLUTION: A plurality of recovered wool fiber layers are laminated and molded into a mat by needle punching or the like having a form of a square board, a square rod, a band, and a round rod. Then mat-shaped molded materials 2 are arranged on the entire or part of a mesh material 1 by binding the former to the latter or by the other manner.
