To provide an ophthalmic surgical system, method, and device having a surgical tray system for isolating a reusable non-aseptic component from an aseptic surgical area.SOLUTION: A surgical device includes one or a plurality of sterilized and sealed surgical packs composed so as to be disposed of after a single or a limited number of times of surgical procedures. The sterilized surgical pack includes a sterilized surgical instrument, and a sterilized surgical tray 1210 including a top surface configured so as to be a part of an aseptic area of the surgical procedure, the top surface including a reception structure to arrange the sterilized surgical instrument in it. The sterilized surgical pack further includes a wall to define a recess which is configured so as to have a size determined to receive a reusable non-aseptic module 1204.
