An apparatus for immobilizing a patients head and securing a medical device includes a bottom plate, a first side plate connected to a first side of the bottom plate and extending upwardly from the bottom plate, a second side plate connected to a second side of the bottom plate, opposite to the first side, extending upwardly from the bottom plate, a first arm extending from the first plate toward the second plate, a second arm extending from the second plate toward the first plate, a connector plate connected between the first arm and the second arms, and an attachment provided on the connector plate, wherein the attachment secures a first portion of the medical device thereto.
