PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine mixing apparatus which prevents the leakage of a medicine from a medicine container by an aerosol, and which prevents the leakage of the medicine to the external.SOLUTION: The medicine mixing apparatus 20 includes: a storage area 103 where at least one of the medicine container 26, a syringe 27, and an infusion bag 28 is arranged a carrier area 104 where at least one of the medicine container 26, the syringe 27, and the infusion bag 28 is transported and a medicine mixing area 101 which is disposed adjacent to the carrier area 104, and is provided with a mixing engine 22 for sucking the medicine from the medicine container 26 by the syringe 27 to mix.
