PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coil and a transcranial magnetic stimulation device capable of efficiently generating eddy currents at a focal position with a prescribed strength, while in a relatively simple structure by devising the shape of the coil.SOLUTION: A magnetic coil 20 for generating a magnetic field is provided, the coil being constituted by a plurality of eddy conductor parts 20J, 20K.
