A new and distinct variety of Leucothoe plant named ‘；BLULE1801’； which is characterized by the combination of a compact growth habit, juvenile foliage that is suffused with a red coloration, dark green mature foliage which becomes progressively suffused with a deep maroon in cool weather, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation.
