PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing tool-integrated lower garment that facilitates wearing and prevents a wearing tool from being exposed on a lower garment when in use.SOLUTION: A wearing tool-integrated lower garment 1 concerning the present invention includes a lower garment 2 and a wearing tool 3 for lifting a human body attached to inner face of the lower garment. The wearing tool 3 for lifting the human body includes a seat part 6, a hip belly supporting belt 7 extending to the left and right of the seat part from the seat part, a hip waist supporting belt 8 extending to the left and right of the seat part from the seat part, and left and right lifting parts 10. The seat part is attached to position corresponding to the lower center of a hip part of the lower garment. A left lifting part is coupled to the left end of the hip belly supporting belt reaching a lifting position and the left end of the hip waist supporting belt.
