摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics, can be used for determination of volumetric blood flow velocity in arteriovenous fistula for programmed hemodialysis. It is followed by ultrasonic color duplex scanning of the fistula with a linear sensor of frequency 7–10 MHz in pulse-wave Doppler mode. Volume velocity of blood flow in the leading artery is determined 2 cm more proximal and distal to the anastomosis. If the blood flow in the artery more distal from the anastomosis is antegrade, the volumetric blood flow velocity in the arteriovenous fistula (VVAVF) is determined by formula VVAVF (ml/min)=VVP – VVDant, where VVP – volumetric blood flow velocity in the artery is more proximal than the anastomosis, ml/min, VVDant – volumetric rate of antegrade flow in the artery distally to the anastomosis, ml/min. If the blood flow in the artery in the distal direction from the anastomosis is retrograde, then VVAVF (ml/min)=VVP + VVDret, where VVP – volumetric blood flow velocity in the artery is more proximal than the anastomosis, ml/min, VVDret – volumetric rate of retrograde flow in artery distally to anastomosis, ml/min. If the blood flow in the artery is more distal from the anastomosis, then VVAVF (ml/min) = VVP +VVDret - VVDant, where VVP – volumetric blood flow velocity in the artery is more proximal than the anastomosis, ml/min, VVDant – volumetric rate of antegrade flow in the artery distally to the anastomosis, ml/min, VVDret – volumetric rate of retrograde flow in artery distally to anastomosis, ml/min.EFFECT: method provides determining the blood flow volume rate in an arteriovenous fistula for programmed hemodialysis by determining the volumetric blood flow velocity in the adductor artery proximally and distally to the anastomosis taking into account the direction of the blood flow distal to the anastomosis.1 cl, 6 dwg, 2 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно ультразвуковой диагностике, может быть использов
