The present invention relates to an HPAE including an air blower. More specifically, the HPAE, capable of sterilizing a sterilization space by spraying a hydrogen peroxide solution, includes: an aerosol generator including a hydrogen peroxide solution storage and supply part storing and supplying a hydrogen peroxide solution, an air supply part supplying pressurized air, and a spraying device connected to the hydrogen peroxide solution storage and supply part and the air supply part to receive the pressurized air and the hydrogen peroxide solution and spray the hydrogen peroxide solution as aerosol through a spray nozzle； an air blower spreading the hydrogen peroxide aerosol into the sterilization space； and an air blower control device controlling the operation of the air blower. According to the HPAE including the air blower, since the air blower is installed to promote the diffusion of hydrogen peroxide, the air supply part sends the sprayed hydrogen peroxide farther while maintaining an optimal air flowrate for generating the solution as aerosol, and thus, the hydrogen peroxide is able to be spread better in the sterilization space.
