PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing bentonite, biotin, and pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide is provided to enlarge blood vessel, to suppress 5-alpha reductase, and to prevent alopecia. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition which promotes hair growth and prevents alopecia contains 0.1-10.0 parts by weight of bentonite and 0.1-5.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of purified water, which are made in a liposome. The composition contains 0.1-10.0 parts by weight of bentonite, 0.1- 5.0 parts by weight of biotin, and 0.1-5.0 parts by weight of pyrimidine oxide derivatives. The pyrimidine oxide derivative is pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide.본 발명은 두피 탈모 방지 및 발모를 촉진하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 칼슘및 아연등 66가지의 미네랄 성분이 풍부한 벤토나이트와, 비오틴, 피롤리디닐디아미노피리미딘옥사이드 등을 마이크로플루다이저 등을 이용한 고압 균질기를 통과하여 리포좀화하는 혼합 조성물을 만들고 이를 헤어케어 외용제로서 함유함을 특징으로 하여 두피 모낭과 모낭 주위의 혈관을 확장케 하고 호르몬으로서 5-알파리덕타제(5-alpha reductase)의 저해 효과를 확인하며 모발 성장에 필요한 영양 물질을 원활히 공급하여 결과적으로 휴지기 상태의 모발을 성장기 상태의 모발로 유도하므로서 두피의 탈모 예방과 발모 촉진 효과를 보이는 모발 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
