A walking assistance apparatus of a wheelchair for standing and seating relates to a wheelchair having a seat unit and a pair of main wheels in a frame thereof and enables a user to exercise lower body in a seated or standing state as being installed in a front surface side of the frame of the seat unit in the wheelchair.
