Disclosed is a cane for the blind. According to the present invention, the cane for the blind has a wrist band, comprising: an obstacle sensor sensing nearby obstacles； a direction sensor sensing a direction in which the obstacle sensor is disposed； a control device generating sensing information by determining the sensed direction of the obstacle using the direction sensor when the obstacle is sensed by the obstacle sensor； a plurality of vibration motors provided in the wrist band and vibrating in different patterns predetermined in accordance with the sensing information； and a communication module communicating with a user terminal and transmitting the sensing information to the user terminal.시각장애인용 지팡이가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 시각장애인용 지팡이는, 손목 밴드가 구비된 시각장애인용 지팡이에 관한 것으로, 주변 장애물을 감지하는 장애물 감지 센서, 상기 장애물 감지 센서가 배치된 방향을 감지하는 방향 감지 센서, 상기 장애물 감지 센서에 의해 장애물이 감지되는 경우, 상기 방향 감지 센서를 이용하여 상기 장애물이 어느 방향에서 감지되었는지를 판단하여 감지정보를 생성하는 제어장치, 상기 손목 밴드에 복수 개로 구비되고, 상기 감지정보에 따라 미리 정해진 서로 다른 패턴으로 진동하는 진동모터 및 사용자 단말과 통신하여 상기 감지정보를 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 통신 모듈과 통신하는 통신모듈을 포함한다.
