The endoscopic medical device comprises: a main body (10) having a space (S) pivoting/locking in an upper part of a handle (12)； a catheter (20) coupled to an upper part of the main body (10)； a bending adjustment part (30) to which wires (W: W1, W2) for bending a front end part of the catheter (20) is curved by a tensile force by rotating forwards and backwards around a pivot (14) in an upper part of the main body (10)； a first elastic part (40) applying an elastic force to a bending adjustment part (30) in a reverse rotation direction； and a rotation locking part (50) latched by the application of the elastic force in the bending adjustment part (30) to stop rotating the bending adjustment part (30).본 발명에 의하면, 손잡이(12)의 상부에서 회동/잠금이 가능하도록 하는 공간(S)을 구비한 본체(10), 본체(10)의 상부에 결합되는 커테터(20), 본체(10)의 상부에서 회동축(14)을 중심으로 정역회전에 의하여 커테터(20)의 선단부가 인장력에 의하여 굴곡되도록 하기 위한 와이어(W: W1, W2)가 결합되는 굴곡 조절부(30), 굴곡 조절부(30)에 대하여 역회전 방향으로 탄성력을 인가하기 위한 제1 탄성부(40), 및 굴곡 조절부(30)에 대하여 탄성력의 인가에 의하여 래치되어 굴곡 조절부(30)를 회동을 정지시키기 위한 회동 잠금부(50)로 이루어지는 양방향 굴곡 기능과 사용 편의성이 향상된 내시경용 의료기기가 제공된다.
