PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow retaining-type blood vessel endoscope system capable of acquiring a clear observation image by widening an observation visual field.SOLUTION: A blood flow retaining-type blood vessel endoscope system includes a catheter body part having an image fiber and a light guide fiber, an outer cylinder of a probing catheter disposed so as to cover the image fiber and the light guide fiber, and a guiding catheter provided so as to cover the outer cylinder of the probing catheter.
