The present invention relates to a structure for installing a harrow comprising: a pair of frame holding brackets (10) hinged to a frame (60) of the harrow and a bracket joining frame (30) which joins the pair of frame holding brackets (10) and has a cylinder installing bracket formed in the center. The frame holding bracket (10) comprises a vertical unit (11) and a horizontal unit (12) on a portion joined to a horizontal shaft (3) of a rotavator. A hole having a long hole structure with a closed end portion is formed on one of the vertical unit (11) or the horizontal unit (12). A hole having a long hole structure with an open end portion is formed on the other of the vertical unit (11) or the horizontal unit (12). Otherwise, holes having long hole structures with open end portions are formed on both the vertical unit (11) and the horizontal unit (12). Since elbow bolts (20) come in close contact with the horizontal shaft (3) of the harrow and then are joined to the horizontal shaft (3) after one end portion of the elbow bolt is inserted in the hole formed on the vertical unit (11) and the other end portion of the elbow bolt is inserted in the hole formed on the horizontal unit (12).
