An intraocular lens comprising a reflective element and a mask is provided. The reflective element has a first power in the first meridian and a second power in the second meridian that is greater than the first power. The magnitudes of the first and second powers and the positions of the first and second meridians are configured to correct astigmatism of the human eye.
