The present invention provides a novel use of a composite fermented extract, which is obtained by microorganism-fermenting a mixture of a sea swallow&prime；s nest extract and a centella asiatica extract, for alleviating skin irritation. The composite fermented extract of the present invention exhibits effects in calming irritated skin through skin sensitivity alleviation, melanin color decrease, erythema decrease, and oil and water increase. Accordingly, the composite fermented extract of the present invention can be developed into an active material of a cosmetic material for alleviating skin irritation and for sensitive skin.본 발명은 바다제비집 추출물 및 병풀 추출물의 혼합물을 미생물 발효하여 얻은 복합발효추출물의 피부 자극 완화에 관한 새로운 용도를 제공한다. 본 발명의 복합발효추출물은 피부의 민감성 완화, 멜라닌 색소의 감소, 홍반 감소, 유수문 증가 작용을 통해 자극성 피부의 진정효과를 나타낸다. 따라서, 본 발명의 복합발효추출물은 피부 자극의 완화 및 민감성 피부용 화장료의 활성 소재 개발될 수 있다.
