The instrument housing (4, 4 ', 4' ', 4' '', 41) is positioned near the user in such a way that the user utilizes the plurality of electro-medical instruments contained in said instrument housing without having to modify and its operating position on the reclinable chair (2) inside the system (100) and without the help of local health personnel.
