PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent for a bypass between hollow organs preventing leakage of digestive juice such as bile and digested foods from a stent lumen to an outer peripheral surface side thereof and having little possibility of damaging the inner wall surfaces of the hollow organs.SOLUTION: The stent for a bypass between hollow organs includes a long and thin cylindrical body part 12, and a plurality of first hooking parts 14 provided at a first end R as one of both ends of the body part. Each first hooking part is formed of a linear member with elasticity and includes a proximal end 14b integrally connected to the first end, a distal end 14a having a free end, and an intermediate part 14c that is curved, and provided between the proximal end and the distal end. One portion at the distal end side of the intermediate part is located at outward (Out) the first end in the direction along the axial direction of the body part. One portion of the distal end or a distal end side of the intermediate part is located inside (In) the first end in the direction along the axial direction of the body part.
