PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine dispersion work vehicle capable of efficiently performing a safe pest control work by lowering as much as possible, a centroid position of a machine body.SOLUTION: A liquid medicine dispersion work vehicle is configured so that a main frame 33 mounting thereon a dispersion boom mechanism is supported by front wheels and rear wheels, a cockpit is provided on a center in a lateral direction on the main frame 33 and a control lever is provided on a front side of the cockpit. A travel control panel provided on a side part of the cockpit comprises a stepless speed change lever for changing travel speed by a hydraulic stepless speed change device 30 and a sub speed change lever for gradually changing a speed change region of the stepless speed change lever.
