A useful model refers to agricultural engineering. The pneumatic seeder includes a housing 1 in which an eccentric shaft 2 is fixed on which an outer disc 3 with a rim 4 and an inner disc 5 are fitted. Between the annular portion of the disc 3 and the cylindrical portion of the disc 5, a suction slot 6 is formed with a gap δ1, which excludes seed suction. On the disc 3, the finger-guide 7 is rigidly fixed to drive the inner disc 5. The seed hopper 8 is adjacent to the inner disc 5. On the disc 5, there is an elongated hole 9 in which the finger-guide 7 moves while rotating the discs 3 and 5. Vacuum transmission to the working part of the slit 6 is effected through the holes 10 and 11 from the vacuum chamber 12. Between the discs 3 and 5, a rigidly connected web 13 with an axis 2 separating the suction part of the slit 6 from the atmospheric pressure zone. The coulter 15 is adjacent to the sowing apparatus. In the zone of the increased gap δ2 a brush 16 is installed to clean the gap 6.The technical result of the useful model is the elimination of slugging of the suction slot 6 during seeding of small-seed crops. This is achieved by the fact that disks 3 and 5 rotate around different, eccentrically arranged axes O1 and O2, due to which in the seed-catching zone, the slit 6 decreases by the amount of eccentricity, this excludes the possibility of seed suction, and in the discharge zone of the slit 6 increases by the same amount of eccentricity to a size δ2.Increasing the size of the suction slot in the seed ejection zone to a value of δ2 and the presence of the brush 16 leads to the release of even clamped elastic particles.Полезная модель относится к сельскохозяйственному машиностроению.
