New inhibitors of the activity of the multidrug resistance receptor 1 (MDR1), which are highly active to the MDR1 transporter, and showing a medium/ high selectivity to such transporter, described by the structural formula (I): where R is a C1-C4 alkylene, optionally substituted with a C1-C3 alkyl. Said inhibitors are useful in the treatment or prevention of multi-drug resistance.Linvention concerne de nouveaux inhibiteurs de lactivité du récepteur 1 de résistance pléiotrope (MDR1), qui sont hautement actifs pour le transporteur MDR1, et présentant un sélectivité moyenne/élevée à un tel transporteur, décrit par la formule structurale (I) : où R est un alkylène en C1-C4, éventuellement substitué par un alkyle en C1-C3. Lesdits inhibiteurs sont utiles dans le traitement ou la prévention de la résistance à de multiples médicaments.
