PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the necessity to determine a position where articulation is stabilized by performing prosthetic treatment (bridge or dental prosthesis) for the molar loss and bite raising for the infraocclusion, because most of patients with the ventricular extrasystole (bigeminy and trigeminy) have the molar loss or the infraocclusion.SOLUTION: An occluzer (an articulator) is used to acquire a center of gravity of occlusion. When the center of gravity of the occlusion is at an intersection (a center of gravity of a palate) of a line formed by connecting left/right-side first molar mesiolingual cusps and a midline of the palate, it reveals that the ventricular extrasystole (bigeminy and trigeminy) disappears. However, in a case where both-side first molars are lost, when a center of gravity position of occlusion is moved to the measured center of gravity position of the palate, the ventricular extrasystole (bigeminy and trigeminy) disappears.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】心室期外収縮(二段脈,三段脈)が発症している患者は、多く臼歯部欠損か低位咬合である。
