The invention relates to a method for the determination of extensiveness of immunoglobulin level change in calf blood serum during first 36 hours of life which involves measuring content of γ- globulin fraction proteins on 24 and 36 hour of life. In addition measurement of concentration of immunoglobulins (γ-globulins) in animal blood serum is performed on first hour of life prior to colostrum feeding and content of crude protein EMBED Equation.3 is performed, coefficient of immunoglobulin concentration change extensiveness (ICCE) characterizing mechanism of immunoglobulin level formation relative to concentration of blood serum crude protein in newborn calves for first 36 hours of life is determined by formula: EMBED Equation.3 , wherein EMBED Equation.3 is a concentration of immunoglobulins in calf blood serum (g/l)； EMBED Equation.3 is a concentration of blood serum crude protein (g/l), the results obtained are compared with experimentally determined physiological parameters of that coefficient for calves of given period of life, i.e.: 1 hour of life is 0.05 (0.04-0.06), 24 hours of life is 0.14 (0.13-0.15), 36 hours of life is 0.15 (0.14-0.16), and if deviations of ICCE physiological index are defined the conclusion is made on tendency to the development of immunodeficiency disorder and, thus, on predisposition of animals to neonatal pathology occurrence.Изобретение относится к способу определения экстенсивности изменений уровня иммуноглобулинов в сыворотке крови телят в течение первых 36-ти часов жизни, который включает измерение в крови телят содержания белков EMBED Equation.3 -глобулиновой фракции на 24 и 36 час жизни.
