The guiding mechanism is disposed inside the shell and comprises a first guiding rail and a second guiding rail, wherein the first guiding rail moves along the second guiding rail, and the moving member moves along the first guiding rail. The emitter is located inside the shell and combined with the moving member for generating ultrasonic wave.
