PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method that can promote flowering to genus crocus plants, and provide a cultivation method that can promote flowering particularly to saffron out of genus crocus plants and easily improve production efficiency of expensive pistils, and a bulb voltage application device used therefor.SOLUTION: A plurality of bulbs 100 before germination are arranged on a grounding base 60 by using a bulb voltage application device 1, and the planting of bulbs 100 is performed after allowing an electrode 20, to which predetermined electric potential is given from a power source 40, to contact a head part 101 and applying voltage to the saffron bulbs 100, by which flowering is promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】クロッカス属植物に対して開花促進を図ることのできる栽培方法を提供するとともに、クロッカス属植物の中でも特にサフランについては開花促進とともに、高価な雌蕊の生産効率を簡単に向上することができる栽培方法及びこれに用いる球根電圧印加装置を提供する。【解決手段】球根電圧印加装置１を用いて、接地台６０の上に発芽前の複数の球根１００を配置し、電源４０から所定の電位が付与された電極２０を頭頂部１０１に接触させてサフランの球根１００に電圧を印加した後、この球根１００の植え付けを行うことにより、開花が促進される。【選択図】図１
