PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiograph detection device which prevents yield from being reduced by disconnection of wiring or the like and normally functions even if gate wiring or the like is partially disconnected.SOLUTION: A radiograph detection device comprises: a plurality of pixels PX arrayed in a matrix for generating a signal charge corresponding to the amount of incident radiation and outputting an electric signal corresponding to the amount of the signal charge and a plurality of wires GLa, GLb, SL and RST connected to the pixels PX for allowing the pixels PX to function. Each of the pixels PX is formed from four sub pixels SP1-SP4. In the wires, a row selection line GL includes a main selection line GLa of main wiring and a row selection line GLb of sub wiring. The row selection line GLb of the sub wiring is disposed while being spaced apart from the row selection line GLa of the main wiring with the sub pixels SP3 and SP4 interposed therebetween and forms a detour path of the row selection line GLa.
