Ablative catheter system with balloon contains catheter rod, fastened on it balloon, cavity, passing through catheter rod in direction of longitudinal axis for connection with internal part of balloon. In internal part of balloon placed is heating electrode, electric power to which is supplied by heating device. In order to give heating liquid fluctuation by periodical repetition of heating liquid suction into cavity and its expel from cavity, system contains fluctuation- inducing device. Fluctuation is given to heating liquid in such a way, that coefficient value, obtained by dividing heating liquid volume, discharged by one time from cavity into balloon, by volume for balloon expansion and multiplication by 100, is in the range from 2 to 9.
