The present invention proposes a combination of bis-(gamma-L-glutamyl)-L-cysteinyl-glycine or a salt thereof, inosine and coordination compounds formed by palladium, copper and (gamma-L-glutamyl)-L-cysteinyl-glycine； a pharmaceutical composition and an anti-viral agent based on said combination, and also a method for treatment of a viral disease.本発明は、ビス－（γ－Ｌ－グルタミル）－Ｌ－システイニル－グリシンまたはそれの塩と、イノシンと、パラジウム、銅および（γ－Ｌ－グルタミル）－Ｌ－システイニル－グリシンにより形成される配位化合物との組合せ、前記組合せをベースとする医薬組成物および抗ウイルス剤、ならびにさらにウイルス性疾患の治療のための方法を提示している。
