The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for measuring a spine, a joint, and a musculoskeletal structure capable of systemizing musculoskeletal diagnosis. The apparatus comprises: a setting unit to detect head centroid of three-dimensional geometry information obtained from a patient and to set a center reference line along with a ground direction from the head centroid； an analysis unit to perform histogram analysis for a flection surface of the three-dimensional geometry information by progressing in a vertical direction along with the center reference line； and a determination unit to determine musculoskeletal symmetry by using a result of the histogram analysis.환자로부터 획득되는 3차원 기하정보의 머리 무게 중심을 찾는 검출하고, 상기 무게 중심으로부터 지면 방향으로 중심 기준선을 설정하는 설정부； 상기 중심 기준선을 따라 수직 방향으로 진행하며 상기 3차원 기하 정보의 굴곡면을 히스토그램 분석하는 분석부； 및 상기 히스토그램 분석 결과를 이용하여 근골격 대칭성을 판단하는 판단부를 포함하는 컴퓨팅 장치가 제공된다.
