摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical instruments, specifically to surgical cutting and stapling elements and, in particular, to staple cartridges for incision and stapling. Surgical staple cartridge comprises a compressible implantable cartridge body made of compressible haemostatic material and holding a plurality of non-moulded staples, and a cartridge holding element. Cartridge holding is connected to compressible cartridge body. Cartridge holding element is configured to be attached to part of terminal clamp of surgical stapling apparatus so that once non-moulded staples in body of cartridge are formed, cartridge body and clamps are removed from terminal clamp without disconnection from it cartridge holding element. End clamp for use with surgical apparatus comprises an elongated chute connected with part of surgical apparatus, and staple cartridge. Cartridge comprises said compressible implanted body and a cartridge holding element attached to longer chute. End clamp additionally comprises support element, which is movably retained relative to chute and has surface to form staples. Support element is configured to move from open position when surface to form staples is spaced from staple cartridge, in closed position, when support element moves in compressing contact with staple cartridge in response to start of motion applied to it surgical apparatus for forming non-moulded staples in cartridge body. In second version of end clamp, attached to surgical apparatus and having thereon a movable locking unit for transmitting among contiguous forces on end clamp comprises elongated chute, support element and locking latch. Elongated chute is connected with part of surgical apparatus for holding with possibility of disconnecting surgical staple cartridge. Support element is retained with respect to elongated chute and moves from open position to closed position relative to elongated chute at application among contiguous forces moving uni
