According to an embodiment of the present invention, a laser surgical device for a bloodless cutting operation includes: a laser beam generation unit generating laser beams by adjusting the strength thereof； a tissue grip unit which is inserted into the human body, has a joint structure for gripping and releasing human body tissues, and has a through-hole for letting the laser beams to pass through the surface of the gripped human body tissue； and a beam transmission unit including optical fibers stored in the tissue gripping unit and connected to the laser beam generation unit, a first lens unit arranged on front ends of the optical fibers to collect the laser beams transmitted along the optical fibers, a second lens scattering the laser beams collected by the first lens, and a curved mirror which has a convex and curved structure to reflect the laser beams scattered by the second lens in accordance with a curvature to scatter the laser beams in lines. The through-hole is extended in the longitudinal direction of the tissue gripping unit to maintain the lines of the laser beams reflected on the curved mirror.
