PURPOSE: A porous PLGA-silica support for tissue engineering is provided, which improves mechanical intensity and promotes osteanagenesis effectively. CONSTITUTION: A porous PLGA-silica support for tissue engineering comprises: silica of more than 0 wt.% and less than 45 wt.%； and a remnant PLGA and inevitable impurities. The silica forms gel having particle distribution of several tens micron-size by adding hydrochloric acid to liquid sodium silicate and is utilized after removing impurities.본 발명은 골 재생을 효과적으로 도모할 수 있도록 하는 조직공학용 다공성 PLGA-실리카 지지체에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는, 폴리락티드-코-글리콜라이드(PLGA, polylactide-co-glycolide)와 실리카(silica)를 포함하여 이루어진다.본 발명의 조직공학용 다공성 PLGA-실리카 지지체는, 골 조직 형성을 위한 지방줄기세포(Adipose Derived Stem Cells； ADSCs)의 골분화 유도에 있어 기계적 강성도가 우수하고 독성이 없어 골 재생을 효과적으로 도모할 수 있다.
