The invention relates to a disposable cassette intended for a metering pump for perfusion. The cassette is characterized in that it consists of only two parts. Accordingly, the cassette consists of a first hollow part (1) defining a pump body, and a second part (5) interacting with the first hollow part (1) so as to form a pumping area (6) and comprising a flexible portion (10). The cassette is characterized in that the second part (5) further includes a rigid portion (9) secured to the flexible portion (10) and capable of being assembled with the first hollow part (1). The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a disposable cassette.Linvention concerne une cassette jetable destinée à une pompe doseuse pour perfusion. Ainsi, elle est constituée : - dune première pièce creuse (1) formant corps de pompe, et - dune seconde pièce (5) coopérant avec la première pièce creuse (1) pour former une zone de pompage (6) et comportant une partie flexible (10) et elle se caractérise en ce que la seconde pièce (5) comprend en outre une partie rigide (9) solidaire de la partie flexible (10) et apte à sassembler avec la première pièce creuse (1).
