The present invention relates to a denture attachment using a magnetic material capable of fixing dentures to gums to be detachably attached by a magnetic force, preventing a separation phenomenon of dentures caused by decrease in the magnetic force as a magnet is easily replaced, and not applying an excessive force to an implant when dentures are vertically moved by having elastic members individually exerting elasticity on upper and lower sides of the magnet. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the denture attachment using a magnetic material comprises: an upper case inserted inside dentures, and in which an inside is hollow, a lower part is opened, and a first screw thread is formed in an inner circumferential surface; a lower case which is screw-combined inside the upper case, so a lower end is exposed to an outside of the dentures and an inside is hollow, and in which upper and lower parts are opened and a second screw thread combined with the first screw thread is formed in an outer circumferential surface; elastic members individually located on upper and lower sides of the lower case; a magnetic material located between the upper and lower elastic members, and elastically lifted and lowered by the elastic members; an implant placed in an alveolar bone; and a keeper member screw-combined on the implant, made of a material generating an attractive force with the magnetic material, and fixing the dentures on which the magnetic material is prepared to be detachably attached to the alveolar bone by a magnetic force.본 발명은 틀니를 잇몸 측에 자력에 의해 탈부착 가능하게 고정시키되, 자석의 교체가 용이해 자력 저하에 따른 틀니의 분리현상이 방지될 수 있고, 자석 상, 하측에 각각 탄성이 발휘되는 탄성부재가 구비되어 있어 틀니가 위, 아래로 움직일 때 임플란트 측에 과도한 힘이 가해지지 않도록 한 자성체를 이용한 틀니 어태치먼트에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 자성체를 이용한 틀니 어태치먼트는 틀니 내에 삽입되되 내부는 중공되고 하부는 개방되며 내주연에 제 1 나사산이 형성된 상부 케이스와, 상기 상부 케이스 내에 나사결합되어 그 하단이 상기 틀니의 외부로 노출되되 내부는 중공되고, 상, 하부는 개방되며 외주연에 상기 제 1 나사산과 결합되는 제 2 나사산이 형성된 하부 케이스와, 상기 하부 케이스 상, 하측에 각각 위치되는 탄성부재와, 상기 상, 하측 탄성부재 사
