The present invention relates to a hybrid bone graft material containing duck′s feet-derived collagen and to a manufacturing method thereof, and specifically, to a bone graft material, which improves mechanical properties and greatly reduces inflammatory reactions by mixing a duck′s feet-derived collagen, a natural polymer, with poly (lactic-coglycolic acid) (PLGA), a bio-synthetic polymer, and hydroxyapatite (HAp), a bioceramic-based bone inducer, and to a manufacturing method thereof.본 발명은 오리발 유래 콜라겐이 함유된 하이브리드 골 이식재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 천연고분자인 오리발 유래 콜라겐(Duck's feet-derived collagen)을 생체합성 고분자인 Poly(lactic-coglycolic acid) (PLGA), 바이오세라믹 계열의 골 유도물질인 Hydroxyapatite(HAp)과 혼합하여, 기계적 물성 개선하고, 염증 반응을 크게 감소시킨 골 이식재와 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
