The present invention relates to a method for removing chlorophyll from a natural extract by a physical process. More specifically, the natural extract having its chlorophyll removed according to the present invention is capable of being usefully utilized in raw material industries of natural cosmetics, and food industries, bio energy industries, medicine and medical supplies, and others utilizing natural products by solving demerits generated when natural extracts containing chlorophyll are used, using the natural extracts as liquid raw material or powder raw material, and enabling the natural extracts to prepare and use raw materials in various concentrations. One purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for removing chlorophyll from a natural extract by a physical process. Other purpose of the present invention is to provide a natural extract having its chlorophyll removed which is prepared by the method. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a food composition, a cosmetic composition, a quasi-drug composition, and a pharmaceutical composition prepared from the natural extract having its chlorophyll removed prepared by the method.
