This invention relates to an array type high-power ultraviolet light sterilization system, particularly referring to a short-wavelength ultraviolet light sterilization system with a microcontroller as a core and integrating with an automatic optical power control system to achieve an effect of optical power control by performing light detection with infrared light and automatically controlling an ultraviolet light switching mechanism, as well as applying the microcontroller to develop a short-wavelength light-emitting diode that maintains a stable optical power output, and through a power compensation mode and modification of compensation parameter of an automatic optical power control circuit. In the automatic optical power control system, the operation is performed by utilizing the microcontroller.
