Methods, compositions, and kits are provided for inducing an immune response in an individual (eg, an individual having cancer). Aspects of the method include administering an antibody composition having an allogeneic IgG antibody； and performing a treatment that activates antigen-presenting cells. In some cases, the antibody composition comprises a polyclonal allogeneic IgG antibody having multiple binding specificities. In some cases, the polyclonal antibody is derived from sera pooled from two or more individuals. In some cases, the method includes administering an antigen presenting cell stimulator. The method aspect also contacts an antigen-presenting cell (dendritic cell (DC)) from an individual with a target antigen and an antibody composition having an allogeneic IgG antibody to produce a packed APC. Including the steps, the loaded APC can be used to induce an immune response in the individual.
