An object of the present invention is to provide a dental composition having excellent adhesive effect and simultaneously not causing microleakage. A dental composition of a first embodiment of the present invention includes (A) an acidic-group containing polymerizable monomer, (B) a polymerizable monomer, (C) a filler comprising poly(meth)acrylate particles, (D) a calcium-containing material including tetracalcium phosphate (TTCP) and dicalcium phosphate (DCP), and (E) a polymerization initiator. The component (A) is contained at 16-70 parts by weight based on a total of 100 parts by weight of (A)+(B). The component (B) is contained at 84-30 parts by weight based on a total of 100 parts by weight of (A)+(B). The component (C) is contained at 0.2-297 parts by weight relative to a total of 100 parts by weight of (A)+(B). The component (D) is contained at 0.2-297 parts by weight relative to a total of 100 parts by weight of (A)+(B).본 발명은, 뛰어난 접착 효과를 갖고, 동시에 미세 누출을 발생시키지 않도록 하는 치과용 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 발명의 제1 형태에 따른 치과용 조성물은, (A) 산성기 함유 중합성 단량체, (B) 중합성 단량체, (C) 폴리((메트)아크릴레이트) 입자로 이루어지는 충전재, (D) 인산4칼슘(TTCP)과 인산2칼슘(DCP)을 함유하는 칼슘 함유재 및 (E) 중합 개시제로 이루어지며, 상기 (A) 성분이 (A)+(B)의 합계 100 중량부 중에 16 내지 70 중량부의 양으로 함유되고, (B) 성분이 (A)+(B)의 합계 100 중량부 중에 84 내지 30 중량부의 양으로 함유되고, (C) 성분이 (A)+(B)의 합계 100 중량부에 대해 0.2 내지 297 중량부, (D) 성분이 (A)+(B)의 합계 100 중량부에 대해 0.2 내지 297 중량부의 범위 내의 양으로 함유되고 있다.
