The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet derived from a biological tissue, which can be used for the production of a tubular structure that can be used in an artificial blood vessel and has excellent pressure resistance and handling properties. For the purpose of achieving the purpose, the present invention provides: a sheet of a biological tissue, in which the edge part of at least one side has a tapered shape that becomes thin in the thickness direction toward the end of the edge part； a tubular structure produced from the sheet； and an artificial blood vessel comprising the tubular structure.本發明之目的為提供用以得到可使用於人工血管，且具有優異耐壓性與操作性的管狀結構體的來自活體之組織的薄片。為了達成上述目的，本發明提供至少一邊的邊緣部具有越往末端，於厚度方向變得越薄的錐形之來自活體之組織的薄片，進一步亦提供由該薄片所得到的管狀結構體及由該管狀結構體所構成的人工血管。
