PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent microorganisms, acorn barnacles, pearl oysters, wakame seaweed, etc. that adhere to a crawl net, a fishing net, fishing gear, a ship's bottom, or a buoy and grow there from adhering there, and to provide a method for preventing the adhesion.SOLUTION: A culture net is manufactured using polyethylene fiber made by heating polyethylene resin which is made by mixing active carbon of a coconut husk, graphite, or fine powder of copper into the inside of polyethylene resin and which is made electrically conductive, at around 270°C, drawing it, and making it electrically conductive. By applying a weak direct current or alternate current to the culture net, sea water is electrolyzed on a surface of the culture net so that highly toxic substance is generated.【課題】生け簀網、又は漁網、又は漁具、又は船底、又は浮標に付着をして生長をする微生物、フジツボ、パール貝、及びワカメなどの付着防止、及びその付着防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリエチレン樹脂の内部に、ヤシ殻活性炭、又はグラファイト、又は銅の微粉末を、ポリエチレン樹脂の内部に混合をして導電性としたポリエチレン樹脂を、摂氏270度C前後に加熱をして延伸をして、導電性としたポリエチレン繊維を使用して、養殖網を製造する。上記養殖網に、微弱な直流電流、又は交流電流を印加することにより、養殖網の表面上にて、海水を電気分解をして、毒性が強い物質を発生させる。【選択図】図1
