The present invention relates to a topical anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition of zileuton in a cream formulation. More particularly, the cream formulation of zileuton remains stable at room temperature and is topically applied, thereby increasing pharmacological effects while simultaneously minimizing systemic absorption so that toxicity caused by the compound is minimized. Thus, the cream formulation of zileuton is suitable for topical treatment of skin diseases caused by leukotriene such as atopic dermatitis, acne, various types of urticaria, psoriasis, eczema, bullous skin diseases like bullous pemphigoid, collagenosis, Sjogren-Larsson&prime；s syndrome, and skin lesions of mastocytosis.본 발명은 질레우톤 크림 제형의 국소용 항염증 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상기 질레우톤 크림 제형은 상온에서 안정성이 유지되고 국소적으로 적용하여 약리 효과를 극대화 하는 동시에 전신 흡수를 최소화 하여 화합물에 의한 독성을 최소화 하여 류코트린에 의해 유발되는 피부 질환, 예컨대, 아토피성 피부염(atopic dermatitis), 여드름(acne). 여러 종류의 두드러기(urticaria) 건선(psoriasis), 습진(eczema), 수포성 류천포창(bullous pemphigoid)과 같은 수포성 피부 질환(bullous skin diseases), 교원질증(collagenoses), Sjogren-Larsson 증후군, 비만세포증(mastocytosis)의 피부 병변 등의 국소 치료에 적합하다.
