The present invention relates to a spot seeding machine for a rice transplanter, which is capable of monitoring in real time whether seeding and supply of fertilizer are correctly performed. According to the present invention, the spot seeding machine comprises: a spot seeding unit installed in the rear upper part of the rice transplanter, receiving driving power from the rice transplanter to rotate a driving shaft, enabling a plurality of seed supply rollers axially installed in the driving shaft to receive seeds from each seed supply hopper installed in an upper part and perform spot seedling, wherein each seed supply hopper includes a plurality of seed amount sensors separated from predetermined vertical intervals a fertilizer spreading unit including a driven shaft which receives driving power from the driving shaft in the front side of the spot seeding unit to be rotated together, and enabling a plurality of fertilizer supply rollers axially installed in the driven shaft to receive fertilizer from each fertilizer supply hopper installed in an upper part and distribute the fertilizer to a lower part, wherein each fertilizer supply hopper includes a plurality of fertilizer amount sensors separated from predetermined vertical intervals a harrow plate made with an inclined plate and a lower stopping plate, and connected to and installed in a rear lower side of the rice transplanter to form soughs while regulating the ground a rear camera unit to capture the rear ground where the seed is planted while being vertically adjusted in a rear surface part of each of a plurality of holders which are fixed and installed in a vertical lower side by being separated at predetermined lateral intervals in the rear surface part of the main frame of the spot seeding unit and a display unit to monitor an image captured by the rear camera unit in real time, and display the remaining amount of seeds and fertilizer through the seed and fertilizer amount sensor while being installed in
