PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-beautifying agent that has beauty effects such as skin moisturization, skin-beautifying, rough skin prevention, wrinkle prevention, and resilience decrease prevention, and to provide skin-beautifying products such as a cosmetic, a drink and food product, a feed, and medicine including the skin-beautifying agent.SOLUTION: The skin-beautifying agent includes a whey protein hydrolysate as an effective ingredient.
