The present invention relates to bispecific antibodies that bind to natural killer cells and their use. Antibodies of the invention bind to antibodies associated with NK cells with low affinity to induce proliferation of human NK cells, and thus with high efficacy induce NK cell-mediated killing of tumor cells, abnormal cells or infected cells.본 발명은 자연 살상 세포(Natural killer cell)에 결합하는 이중특이적 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항체는 낮은 친화도로 NK 세포와 관련된 항체에 결합하여 인간 NK 세포의 증식을 유도하고, 따라서 높은 효능으로 종양세포, 비정상세포 또는 감염된 세포의 NK 세포-매개된 사멸을 유도한다.
